WCA provides basic HIPAA forms free of chargeAs a service to its membership and the entire profession, the World Chiropractic Alliance has prepared the following important resources to help D.C.s understand and comply with the new regulations promulgated by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). In addition to articles explaining the new regulations, the WCA hired attorney William Sloane, J.D., LL.M. These forms are provided here, at no charge, and can be copied and pasted directly from the web pages, or saved as "WORD" document files, personalized, and reproduced.
